| Comment | Very nice guys and the work was performed professionally but I feel the pricing was very expensive on parts. As a service business owner myself, I understand that you have to make some money on parts. You can look up pricing on all the parts online and they basically more then doubled the online prices which they already receive a 15% plus discount on. Also there was a small line item on the bottom called “other charges” for $47 which I don’t know what that was for. I went in thinking it would be around $700 repair but came out with a $1,100 bill. Again I understand they are in business to make a profit but I believe in the philosophy of make a fair amount of money and have a repeat customer for life. I did like their professional attention to detail and I will most likely come back for work but I will need to double check everything on the invoice. |
