| Review | Rolf and his team are stand up folks with many years of solid experience. The fact that Rolf is an owner/mechanic, you can communicate directly with him and he is reasonable. However, I do feel that these guys have slight difficulty managing newer model cars. Particularly newer imports which is my experience. I personally ran into issues that required repeated fixes after a few misdiagnoses on their part that resulted in a lot of time spent on my behalf, and for them as well. Particularly a problem installing a timing chain correctly which can cause major issues to performance and safety. This stemmed from the use of after market parts on their behalf that failed, so ask questions. I have since decided to change my mechanic for my 2011 Audi Q5 to a German specialized shop.
As of 3/16/21, Rolf has admitted to the issue and has agreed to compensate for the faults. Which is why I continue to believe Rolf's group are honest people. |
