| Comment | We were traveling from Joliet to Springfield in a new to us newly purchased vehicle when we blew a brand new tire about 30 north of their shop. We called every shop around looking for our size tire so we could get it fixed and get back on the road. The staff at Pfaff tire was so knowledgeable and friendly. They not only replaced our tire they informed us on how exactly the other tire blew and they balanced all 4 of our tires. (something the other shop didn’t bother to do) They we’re very busy and truly didn’t have time to do the tire for us but they fit us in and made it happen quickly. Their kindness and ability to help us in a pinch insured the reminder of our trip went very well. We are so very appreciative of them and would recommend them to EVERYONE! We wish we lived closer so they could do all the services on our vehicle! |
